In today’s business community, business-to-business communication needs to include a web portal for your customers to access their information. With Canopy’s eCommerce module, your customers do not have to call you to view their order history, view pricing or statements. You will never be too busy or lack enough phone lines to take their order because they can access your server via a web browser and place it themselves!

Security is also a concern when you open up your database to users outside of your network. Aspen Systems has prepared for this concern by supplying and supporting (if needed) the firewall device to protect your network. Security can be set to allow only the customers you desire to have access and see only the items you allow.
